You can park on John R, there are spots in front of the building. You can also park in the lot behind the building- but bear in mind that we share the lot with our neighbors at New Standard dispensary. The back line of the lot near the wall is free game, and the four spots in the lot closest to Mahan street (they are unmarked on the ground) are available to park. You may also park directly on Mahan street.
Our desk staff would love to help you with this! If you text or email us a current photo of your hair and an inspiration photo, we can take it from there. The front desk team will be able to determine timing for your services and subsequent availability for your appointment. Sometimes the service you are requesting can’t be done in the time slot you’ve booked online, but don’t worry, we will reach out to you personally via call or text to confirm we have enough time booked for your service.

You will be emailed a payment link with a balance to be paid before booking another appointment, per our cancellation policy
A deposit is an agreed-upon amount paid to hold your appointment with a stylist per our policy. Your deposit is always applied toward your service.
Yes. You should receive an automated email reminder, and a text from our desk staff four days prior to your appointment. If you’re ever unsure about when your appointment may be, please don’t hesitate to send us a text, we will be happy to help!
We accept cash and credit card for services. We do not accept checks or Apple Pay. You can use Venmo to send your stylist a gratuity, too.
You can text or call us and ask to be added to your stylist’s cancellation list! If you follow us on Instagram, we post cancellations on our story too.
Yes. Please email us at [email protected] for more details and availability. We can travel to you for an additional fee. At this time, we do not have a makeup artist on staff.
Yes, within reason. If you haven’t had a haircut in six months, it is time to book a full haircut. If you’re booking the same stylist who cut your hair, you’re eligible for a free bang trim with them.
Sometimes! We hire assistants at various times of the year. Email us a resume and a little about yourself to [email protected]. We do not hire stylists or rent chairs.
