As of 11/16/2020, we are now requiring non-refundable deposits for appointments booked at Craft Salon. The deposit will be credited towards your service the day of the appointment, unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, within the timeframe which applies to your appointment. Our front desk staff will reach out to you one week prior to your scheduled appointment date for payment of the deposit applicable to your booked appointment, and if you do not respond within 24 hours for the deposit payment, we will not be able to honor your appointment and it will be cancelled.
If your appointment does not require a deposit, in the event you miss your appointment there will still be a cancellation fee determined by the length of the appointment. By agreeing to schedule an appointment at Craft Salon, you are agreeing to our cancellation and deposit policy.
If your appointment spans 3+ hours there may be a $100 non refundable deposit which will be credited toward your service. You can reschedule up to 96 hours ( 4 days) in advance of your scheduled appointment day and time to avoid losing your deposit or having to pay the cancellation fee. All appointments 3+ hours long cancelled or rescheduled within 96 hours of the originally scheduled appointment day and time will void the deposit and require an additional deposit, or payment of the cancellation fee in order to rebook.
If your appointment is scheduled for 2 hours there may be a $50 non refundable deposit which will be credited toward your service. You can reschedule up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance of your scheduled appointment day and time to avoid losing your deposit or having to pay the cancellation fee. All appointments 2+ hours long cancelled or rescheduled within 60 hours of the originally scheduled appointment day and time will void the deposit and require an additional deposit or payment of the cancellation fee in order to rebook.
If your appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes- 1 hour there may be a $25 non refundable deposit which will be credited toward your service. You can reschedule up to 48 hours (2 Days) in advance of your scheduled appointment day and time to avoid losing your deposit or having to pay the cancellation fee. All appointments 30 minutes- 1+ hours long cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the originally scheduled appointment day and time will void the deposit and require an additional deposit or payment of the cancellation fee in order to rebook.
Appointments booked within the week will require payment of the applicable non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call us and let us know. If you show up late for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. Tardiness of 15 minutes or later past your scheduled appointment time will require the appointment to be rescheduled and will void your appointment deposit requiring an additional deposit to rebook. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, without contacting the salon to cancel, your deposit will be void requiring an additional deposit to rebook. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon 2 times in a row, you will no longer be able to book appointments at Craft.
Refunds on Services & Products
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salon. However if you are unhappy with your services we do offer complimentary fixes if you contact us about the issue within 3 days of your completed services. Fixes do not apply to colors that take multiple services to achieve. We do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our retail products. If a product doesn’t work out for you , feel free to bring it back at any time for a full refund, exchange or credit applied to future services.
